Include a brief description of the issue and where it happened, such as ChatGPT, Claude, the iPhone app or your account page. Do not send passwords, access codes, payment-card numbers or government identifiers.

To choose how long submitted sources are kept, run source cleanup or delete your Journey Ready account, sign in to your account page. You can also delete your account in the iPhone app. To create a sign-in account, choose Register on the sign-in page. If you forgot your password, choose Forgot Password? on the sign-in page. We email you a link to pick a new password, and the link works for 30 minutes. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder. If your account has no email address, or you need other help with your sign-in details, email the address above.
