Source retention
This setting applies to submitted source content and facts derived from it. Other account records have separate lifetimes. Run cleanup to remove expired source content; changing the setting alone does not run cleanup.
Delete account
Delete this account, your stored trips and your sign-in (name, email and password). This also ends your ChatGPT and Claude connections. Journey Ready keeps only an account number marked as deleted, so an old sign-in cannot bring the account back. Downloads, backups and copies in ChatGPT are not removed by this.
